Improve BlackMagic compatibility (so one can encode live HD SDI)

BlackMagic DeckLink drivers (7.8) sort of works with EE4, but it could be a lot smoother. (WME is still better)

EE4 cannot remember the settings for capture, and jobs can’t be saved properly using DeckLink card as the live source.

A few stability tweaks would be great!

Live Encode from Playlist Source and Live Source

For 24/7 internet radio/TV station operation I want to use a playlist with multiple pre-encoded files to simulate a live event. At predefined times e.g. at 6am I want the playlist to switch to a Live Encoding Source from another encoder for 1 hour and afterwards continue with playing the pre-encoede files in the playlist. This should work similar to the server side playlists (.WSX) availabe in WIndows Media Server. The encoder should only pass-through the pre-encoded file sources or live source from another encoder without re-encoding anything. Maybe you could extend the existing Smooth Streaming Simulator to support ASX or SMIL playlist input and a Live endoding source.

Edit Tags of already encoded files through SDK/Powershell

The SDK does not offer a general Tag editor. If a tag needs to be updated after encoding it needs to be re-encoded selecting "source" as profile. There shoud be a more intuitive way of editing/updating tags of MP3, MP3, WMA, and WMV files.

Multiple Bitrate support for WMV during Live Encoding

Ability to encode multiple bitrate WMVs during live encode (like WME 9 allows). For example, you could create a single WMV file that contains both a 300k and 700k bitrate that you can use for streaming or split out into separate files.
