Edit Tags of already encoded files through SDK/Powershell

The SDK does not offer a general Tag editor. If a tag needs to be updated after encoding it needs to be re-encoded selecting "source" as profile. There shoud be a more intuitive way of editing/updating tags of MP3, MP3, WMA, and WMV files.

        You have to create an encoding job in EE4 SDK to make changes to tags. What if you want to write a PS script that changes the embedded still image of 10'000 already encoded video files? There should be a much more intuitive way of manipulating tags.
