A 64-Bit version of the Encoder

I would recommend this, as 32-bit is limited to 32-bit hardware accel. Me, having a good 64bit machine, would be able to pull off 60fps on 3D Games with a 64bit recorder, I'm sure.
Everything is marching to 64-bit and while they're is the ability to run 32-bit emulated on a 64-bit OS, Encoder could take advantage of a lot of the hardware abilities of native 64-bit. They'll definitely have to get the partners involved in to develop drivers, but considering even many "low-end" systems have at least 2GB, most systems are coming with 64-bit to allow for additional memory. The basic structure has been out since 2003, so hopefully there will be some more push in this direction.
